Dosage

2 to 3 capsules per day with a large glass of water.

Hair & Nail Regenesis, c'est quoi et pour qui ?

Un complément alimentaire en gélules pour les personnes dont les cheveux tombent, s'affinent ou cassent, et dont les ongles sont mous ou cassants. Il apporte 500 mg de kératine Cynatine® HNS, 200 mg de L-cystéine, 50 mg de L-méthionine, 150 mg de bambou (112 mg de silicium), du zinc, du sélénium, du fer et des vitamines A, B et E. Le zinc et le sélénium contribuent au maintien de cheveux et d'ongles normaux.

Combien de temps faut-il le prendre ?

Le cheveu pousse lentement : nous conseillons une cure de 3 mois, sans interruption.

Est-ce adapté aux femmes ?

Oui, la formule convient aux adultes, femmes et hommes. En cas de chute brutale, par plaques, après une grossesse ou accompagnée d'autres symptômes, consultez d'abord un praticien de santé ou un dermatologue pour en chercher la cause.

Comment prendre Hair & Nail Regenesis ?

3 gélules par jour avec un verre d'eau, le matin ou réparties dans la journée. Un pot de 60 gélules dure 20 jours ; une cure de 3 mois demande 4 à 5 pots. Ne pas dépasser la dose journalière recommandée.

Y a-t-il des précautions d'emploi ?

La formule contient de la vitamine A : ne la cumulez pas avec d'autres compléments riches en vitamine A sans avis d'un praticien de santé. La kératine Cynatine® HNS est issue de laine de mouton : le produit ne convient pas aux végans. En cas de traitement en cours, demandez l'avis de votre praticien de santé.

Hair & Nail Regenesis est-il compatible avec la grossesse ou l'allaitement ?

Non. En raison de la vitamine A, il est déconseillé aux femmes enceintes ou qui souhaitent l'être. Il est réservé aux adultes. Pendant l'allaitement, demandez l'avis de votre praticien de santé ou de votre sage-femme.

Contient-il de la biotine ?

Non. La formule mise sur la kératine Cynatine® HNS et les acides aminés soufrés qui la composent, avec le zinc et le sélénium, qui contribuent au maintien de cheveux et d'ongles normaux.
